REGIOJET IGNIS BRUNENSIS in Brno continues. 13 countries from 4 continents were involved in the preparations for the two August shows on the 7th and 14th of August
These two firework shows in August bear the titles "Messages from Europe" and "Messages from the Continents and to the Continents". They will again light up the skies above Špilberk Castle on Saturday 7 August and a week later on 14 August, both with the traditional launch time of 10.30 p.m., to continue this year's 24th REGIOJET IGNIS BRUNENSIS firework competition. In addition to the Czech Republic, a total of thirteen countries from four continents - Europe, Asia, Africa and Australasia - were involved in the preparations for these international firework projects.
A touch of variety is to be added to the IGNIS BRUNENSIS festival on Saturday 7 August by a drone show held over Kraví Hora at 9.30 p.m. before the fireworks and at 11.00 p.m. after the fireworks.

Music accompanying the fireworks on FM radio as usual
Original musical accompaniment synchronised to the fireworks is broadcast exclusively by Radio Krokodýl 103 FM. All you need do is find a spot in Brno or the surrounding area with a view of Špilberk Castle (while observing the current epidemiological rules) and tune into the music accompanying the fireworks on FM radio. Important information for all firework fans - tune into the music only on Krokodýl FM - the Internet stream is delayed, meaning that the musical accompaniment is not synchronised.
On-line broadcasts of the fireworks and recordings in 4K resolution
"Live" broadcasts on YouTube in high resolution are continuing for the two upcoming in-competition firework shows (7.8 and 14.8). Live streams of the fireworks are running on the festival channel IGNIS BRUNENSIS OFFICIAL and, in co-operation with CzechTourism, on the official channel of the Czech Republic "Visit Czech Republic". A video in 4K resolution always follows the fireworks on IGNIS BRUNENSIS OFFICIAL on YouTube so that fans from all over the world get the chance to follow the fireworks in Brno at the highest possible quality.
This year the winning fireworks will be chosen by the spectators
This year the spectators watching the fireworks have changed places with the expert jury, which will only be deciding on its rankings for the firework shows "out of competition". The winning fireworks will be chosen this year by the general public voting on the IGNIS BRUNENSIS Facebook profile. Spectators from all corners of the world will be able to take part in the vote thanks to on-line broadcasts. Everyone voting will be competing for RegioJet train tickets to Budapest and to Rijeka in Croatia.

The principal co-organisers are the Statutory City of Brno, the South Moravian Region, and SNIP & CO as the principal producer. The festival is taking place with the support of the state agency CzechTourism and the Ministry for Local Development of the Czech Republic. The titular partner starting this year is the company RegioJet from the STUDENT AGENCY group. The principal guarantor of the firework section of the festival is Flash Barrandov SFX.
